'After Noah'

Commissioned by The Climate Squad for the live art event, COPART LIVE!, at the Village Underground in London. The event was created to promote climate change awareness whilst raising the profile of selected young artists.

The installation was built and inspired by the rapid decline of endangered species across the world due to climate change.

Global warming is the single biggest threat to wildlife today and climate change is altering key elements within habitats that are critical to wildlife’s survival, putting natural resources in jeopardy.

Whilst there are many ways in which our climate is changing; often overlooked is the speed that it is happening. Species may not be able to adapt to this rapid climate change or move fast enough to more suitable areas as their current environments become uninhabitable.

With a keen interest in the animal kingdom both through my design work and on a personal level, the opportunity to explore this issue alongside CopArt LIVE! was my way of giving back.

The time to act is now.
