'IKEA'
The aim of this project was to inspire a wave of boundless change into peoples homes by promoting the new 2010 IKEA catalogue. Exploring the fact that the catalogue wants to celebrate the liberating activity of revisiting your home, the campaign is to be implemented in store and out whilst applied to different forms of new media and print.
Focusing on the creation of an mobile application, I created illustrations inspired by in store sections. This would allow you to browse parts of the catalogue through different categories alongside the construction of a house building game.
New and existing IKEA customers can enjoy this application. The app lets you interact with a series of objects from the catalogue alongside shapes and colours specific to this seasons IKEA range.
With more and more people using their mobile phones for everyday tasks, the app is a way of documenting and personalising the viewers shopping experience at they're leausire in a quick, fun and stress free way.
